In order to offer you the best possible results, our experts continuously exchange information across departments. In this way, we create new knowledge in interdisciplinary teams and can integrate improvements and innovative ideas directly into our processes. This allows us to realize even very specific and challenging projects with optimal results, always taking into account economic and technical aspects.
Our project management also uses this structured approach. Using the latest project management tools, we document all relevant steps with the integration of ERP, MES and CAQ. This means that all employees involved in the project can access all data quickly and easily and have an overview at all times.
Toolshop
Thanks to our in-house toolshop, we are prepared for all eventualities. Whether we need to create a follow-on mold to avoid downtime during ongoing production or design one from scratch to guarantee you perfect and smooth production and quality: We design and manufacture molds according to your requirements and offer support for them throughout the entire product life cycle.

Plastic Injection Molding
On an area of 3,600 m², we process technical thermoplastics and thermosets up to an injection weight of 850 grams and a clamping force of 3,200 kN in our modern and spacious production halls.
We are able to process all types of plastics with our machines. Highest precision and reliability are always our top priority. We perform automatic mold cavity separation on each of our machines, which allows us to deliver the parts separately and avoid downtime for the customer should one of the mold cavities not meet the requirements.
We use our host computer system to plan and control all of our plastic parts production, which allows us to guarantee you a consistent process every time. In addition, all production and maintenance activities are documented.
Assembly
In addition to the production of injection molded parts, our services also include further processing in partially and fully automated processes. This can range from simple assembly to complex subassemblies and is also possible for orders in large quantities. Here, too, quality and reliability always come first.

Mold cavity separation
Automatic mold cavity separation takes place on each of our machines, enabling us to quickly identify quality differences and eliminate the cause. This ensures fast response times and low scrap.
Logistics
We also pay attention to efficient, time-saving processes in the area of logistics. We stand out thanks to our well planned and perfectly coordinated warehouse and logistics management.
